You’ll receive the Exhibitor Kit directly from your event organizer or our Exhibitor Services team once it’s ready. For some events, the kit is also available online through the event website or our exhibitor ordering portal. If your show uses the portal, we’ll send you a welcome email with everything you need to log in and start ordering.

Yes. Every event has different deadlines, floor plans, and logistics—even if it’s a recurring show. Reviewing the kit helps avoid missed deadlines or unexpected onsite costs.

You can still order onsite, but product availability may be limited, and standard pricing no longer applies. Ordering before the advance deadline gives you the best pricing and the smoothest setup.
