They’ll help with planning timelines, coordinating services, reviewing floor plans and orders, communicating with exhibitors, and ensuring everything is organized before move-in. On-site, they stay connected with the operations team to make sure details are executed the way you expect.

Any event with multiple moving parts benefits from having a single person who knows the full picture. Trade shows, conferences, consumer shows, and events with many exhibitors or vendors see the most value — but we can support events of any size.
