We print booth signage and branding elements such as banners, hanging signs, posters, foamcore panels, vinyl decals, table graphics, and promotional materials. We can deliver printed items directly to your booth and, if needed, install them on-site.

Any exhibitor who wants a cohesive, professional booth presentation, whether you’re refreshing an existing display or creating something new. Ideal if you don’t want to ship signage, or if you prefer to have everything produced and ready at the event.

Artwork deadlines and production timelines will be listed in your Exhibitor Kit. Send your files as early as possible — the sooner we have your artwork, the more flexibility we’ll have for printing and delivery options.

Yes. Everything is printed to order. Share your booth layout, brand files, and any existing graphics, and we’ll help size and format signage to fit your setup.

Our branding team will reach out and provide a link to our file submission site. 

For the best print quality, please submit:

• Vector files (.PDF, .AI, .EPS) for logos and line art
• High-resolution raster files (.TIFF, .JPEG, .PSD) for photos or backgrounds

Tip: Fonts should be outlined or font files included.
