Abby leads Global’s people strategy and business operations, working across departments and branches to support growth, improve processes, and strengthen the employee and client experience. She oversees HR programs, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while also driving key operational initiatives in areas like payroll and time tracking, improving workflows, internal communication systems, and health and safety.
Her work sits at the intersection of people and operations. Abby connects teams, clarifies processes, and helps build structures that make day-to-day work smoother and more consistent across the country.
