Michelle Leckie

Michelle brings more than a decade of experience leading teams and delivering complex events across Western Canada. Before joining Global, she owned and operated a successful event planning company in the Okanagan. That hands-on background shaped her approach: be organized, stay calm, and always take care of your people.
She later expanded her operational leadership working with large cultural venues and hospitality teams, managing staff, supporting high-volume event schedules, and building processes that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
At Global, Michelle leads our Exhibitor Services team and provides client account support with a focus on clarity, consistency, and collaboration across branches. She’s known for building strong relationships, simplifying complex details, and keeping events on track—while bringing out the best in the people she works with.
