Chris came to Global in 2016 bringing with him over 20 years of hospitality and event experience. Chris made an immediate impact at Global, quickly becoming an integral asset to not only our team in Halifax but nationwide. We have appreciated and greatly benefited from Chris’ extensive experience at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, which was a helpful guiding force in our growth in conjunction with the newly opened Halifax Convention Centre in 2017
Chris worked tirelessly to provide excellent customer service and to ensure events were executed to the letter. He was instrumental in Global providing key services to successful national events such as:
- Rendezvous Canada
- Loblaws National Kick-Off
- Diabetes Canada National Conference
- Canadian Urological Association – 73rd Canadian Urological Association Annual Meeting
In addition to the these high profile events Chris also helped orchestrate many local annual events such as:
- Saltscapes Expo
- Hal-Con
- ABSDA (Atlantic Building Supply Dealers Association) Expo
- Savour Food & Wine Festival
All of us at Global owe Chris a debt of gratitude for his devotion to his team and his customers throughout his tenure at Global. We all wish him the very best of luck and health in his next chapter.
